How to Play Bingo Card Game:
Bingo card game is based on matching cards from the players hands to a card revealed by the dealer, and therefore is somehow similar to classical bingo or lotto game.
In the bingo card game, everybody antes, after which each player receives five cards face-down and another five face-down cards are dealt to the center of the table. Then the dealer turns over one of the cards in the center, and the players who have one or more cards that match it, discard their cards. They do not receive any new cards, and therefore remain with fewer cards in the hand.
After this, the first betting round takes place, starting from the first player to the dealer's left and continuing in the clockwise direction. Then the second round, where the dealer flips the second card in the center, takes place, followed by the second betting round. Five rounds of such kind occur until all cards in the center are turned face-up and all matching cards from the players hands are discarded. Five betting rounds follow them, while in the last betting rounded the players declare whether they go High, Low or both.
Bingo is normally played in the High/Low format, therefore, the player with the highest hand value and the player with lowest one share the pot. The hand value is counted by the value of all cards remaining in the hand in the end of the game. Cards from 2 to 10 are counted according to their face value. Jack is counted as 11, Queen as 12, King as 13, and Ace can be 15 or 1, by the player's choice. Hands with aces can normally play High and Low at the same time, because treating aces differently, the value of such hands can be both high and low.
If a Bingo player has discarded all his cards during the game, he automatically wins the low part of the pot, and the rest of the players have to play High. If it does not happen, the player whose cards have the lowest value win the Low half of the pot and the player with the highest hand value, the High half.
